How to incorporate natural skincare in your everyday routine ?

Your skincare as a routine regimen , can be both affordable and readily available.I consider our kitchen as the best source for treating & maintaining skin.

A few handy tips & suggestions:

1. ALOEVERA GEL

Gently massage it on your skin & leave it for 15-20 min.

Benefits: relieves skin burn, fights acne (natural source of salicylic acid), slows aging & tightens pores (rich source of zinc & antioxidants)

2. FACEPACK

Add 1tbs Kasturi turmeric +1tbs gramflour +1tbs coconut oil +1bs plain yogurt

Individual benefits:-

KASTURI TURMERIC + COCONUT OIL – helps getting rid of pigmentation, acne dark spot, blemishes YOGURT- Rich source of lactic acid, removes dead ski, creates a natural glow and prevents breakout.GRAM FLOUR – prevents acne & removes tan.FACEPACK – 1tbs fullers earth + 1tbs rose water + few drops of lemon(BEST SUMMER PACK)LEMON- rich source of citric acid , keeps skin clear & soft.

3. FULLERS EARTH

It removes excess oil, natural coolant, removes dead skin, creates radiance.

4. CUCUMBER SLICES

IPlace it over your eyelids & relax with a FACEPACK on Cucumber helps get rid of dark circles,puffiness, massage the cucumber slices on your face to tighten the pores.

MAKEUP TIPS

ROSEWATER can also be used as a makeup setting spray.OATMEAL POWDER -grind the oatmeal to a fine powder and use it as a makeup setting powder , for a matt look & for uv protection.

These are someways in which i include kitchen ingredients in my skincare routine , for a healthy youthful and glowing skin.
